How It All Began

Mellow Mushroom Bakery was founded in 2021 by pastry chef Emma Richardson and her husband, Michael. What started as a small home-based operation quickly grew into a beloved neighborhood bakery.

Emma's passion for creating unique pastries inspired by forest themes and natural ingredients led to our signature mushroom-shaped cakes and pastries that have become customer favorites.

In 2023, we opened our first physical location in the heart of Atlanta, where we've been serving the community with our artisan baked goods made from scratch daily.

Today, we continue to innovate while staying true to our core values of quality, creativity, and community connection.
